Terms and Conditions of Service

Below are the terms and conditions for using the rent.sms-activation-service.com service (hereinafter the "SMS Activation Service" or the "Service") by the client (hereinafter the "Client" or the "User"). Please read them carefully.
This Public Offer of rent.sms-activation-service.com (hereinafter the "Offer") is an official proposal by SMS Activation Service to the User to conclude an agreement for the provision of intermediary and technical services on the terms set out below.
The agreement for the provision of intermediary and technical services between SMS Activation Service and the User is concluded by accepting this Offer. Acceptance of the Offer is carried out in the manner specified in the Offer.
By accepting the Offer, the User confirms that they have fully read and understood the terms of the Offer and of the service agreement concluded on its basis.
PREAMBLE
The agreement resulting from acceptance of the Offer may be concluded by Users from different countries, subject to the restrictions set out in the Offer.
TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Public Offer or Offer — This document and all of its annexes. The Offer is a proposal by SMS Activation Service to the User to conclude an agreement for the provision of intermediary and technical services.
Personal Data and Cookie Processing Policy — An integral annex to the Offer that governs how personal data is collected, stored and processed. Available at: rent.sms-activation-service.com/privacy-policy.
Intermediary and Technical Services Agreement or Agreement — The agreement concluded between SMS Activation Service and the User as a result of the User's acceptance of the Offer.
Acceptance of the Offer — The actions the User performs to accept the Offer in full. Acceptance is full and unconditional.
User — An individual who meets all requirements of the Offer and has accepted it to receive Services via the Site.
Site — The website administered by SMS Activation Service, available at: rent.sms-activation-service.com.
Registration — A Site feature used to create a Personal Account.
Registration Data — Data entered during Registration: (1) Name, (2) E-mail, (3) Password.
Login Credentials — A unique login–password pair assigned upon Registration completion.
Personal Account or Account — A Site feature unique to each User, available after Registration, used to order Services and receive results.
Service — A Site feature enabling the User to use SMS Activation Service's Services.
Services — The services provided by SMS Activation Service to the User under the terms of the Offer.
Tariff — The cost of Services as indicated on the Site. Also includes the Personal Account maintenance fee.
Message or SMS — A text message sent to the Used Number, receipt ensured by SMS Activation Service.
SMS Reception — Granting the User access to SMS text received on the Used Number.
Used Number — A subscriber number published in the Service for providing Services.
Balance — The User's prepaid funds for Services.
Refund Operation — Actions to return prepaid funds to the User.
1. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
1.1. This Offer governs how the Agreement is concluded and how the Services are provided.
2. AMENDMENTS TO THE OFFER
2.1. SMS Activation Service may, at its sole discretion and at any time, amend the text of the Offer, including the Agreement.
2.2. SMS Activation Service publishes the updated version immediately after any changes. The User undertakes to regularly check for updates (at least once every 14 days).
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER
3.1. The User accepts the Offer by checking the box during Registration next to the statement "I have read and agree to the terms of the Public Offer of rent.sms-activation-service.com".
3.2. By accepting the Offer, the User represents and warrants that:
3.2.1. They have reached the age of 18 (and the age of majority in their country of residence) and there are no circumstances preventing full performance of obligations.
3.2.2. The law of the User's country allows them to enter into the Agreement. If the User's applicable law prohibits this, they must immediately leave the Site.
3.2.3. They have fully read and understand the Offer.
3.2.4. Acceptance is full and unconditional. Partial acceptance or acceptance "subject to conditions" is not allowed.
3.2.5. They are aware of their right to propose amendments by sending proposals to the SMS Activation Service e-mail; after acceptance, the User is deemed to have exercised this right.
3.3. The User may not accept the Offer if any of the above warranties are not fulfilled.
3.3.1. If a warranty ceases to be true during performance, the User must immediately stop using the Site and notify SMS Activation Service. SMS Activation Service may delete the Account and terminate the Agreement.
4. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
4.1. To order and receive Services, the User must create a Personal Account through Registration.
4.2. To register, the User follows the link rent.sms-activation-service.com/register, enters Registration Data and confirms the password.
4.2.2.1. By entering Registration Data, the User warrants that:
4.2.2.1.1. The data is complete and accurate.
4.2.2.1.2. The User is the sole owner of the specified e-mail address.
4.2.2.1.3. All actions using the specified e-mail are deemed performed by the User.
4.2.2.1.4. The User must take appropriate security measures to prevent third-party access.
4.2.2.2. The User must read and agree to the Offer and the Personal Data Policy before completing Registration.
4.3. SMS Activation Service may refuse Registration if:
4.3.1.1. Registration Data is inaccurate.
4.3.1.2. The Site is used in breach of warranties.
4.3.1.3. The User's activity harms or may harm SMS Activation Service's reputation.
4.4. SMS Activation Service may cancel completed Registration on the same grounds.
5. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT
5.1. The User is given the opportunity to order Services for technical access to SMS text on a Used Number, and pays a fee.
5.2. SMS Activation Service acts as an intermediary between the User and the mobile network operator.
5.3. Service terms and Tariffs are published on the Site.
5.4. Services may also be provided via the service API.
6. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
6.1. The Agreement is concluded from the moment of acceptance and remains in force until obligations are fulfilled or the Account is deleted.
7. CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING THE SERVICES
7.1. Services are provided under the Agreement terms. Information on the Site prevails in case of inconsistency.
7.2. Mass number scanning ("farming") is prohibited. Detection results in account blocking without refund.
7.3. API use is subject to the Acceptable Use and Anti-Fraud Policy. Automated high-frequency activity, number cycling, and rate limit bypass are strictly prohibited.
7.4. SMS Activation Service reserves the right to limit simultaneous active numbers and access to certain countries or services.
8. PERSONAL ACCOUNT
8.1. After Registration, the User gains access to the Personal Account.
8.2. Services are ordered and results obtained via the Personal Account.
8.3. SMS Activation Service may suspend access to the Personal Account:
8.3.1. If grounds for cancelling Registration are identified.
8.3.2. If suspicious login attempts are detected.
8.3.3. Upon request from a competent authority or third party.
8.3.4. On other grounds at SMS Activation Service's discretion.
8.4. If access is suspended:
8.4.1. The User temporarily loses access to the Personal Account.
8.4.2. To restore access, the User may contact SMS Activation Service by e-mail.
8.4.3. SMS Activation Service sends the User a request for additional information.
8.4.4. If requirements are met, access is restored.
8.5. SMS Activation Service may permanently delete the Personal Account:
8.5.1. Upon receiving a request from the User by e-mail.
8.5.2. If suspension reasons are not remedied within 30 days.
8.6. If the Personal Account is deleted:
8.6.1. The User permanently loses access. SMS Activation Service may retain information about all actions performed.
8.6.2. Refund of remaining funds is made in accordance with the refund section.
8.7. User responsibility for account security
8.7.1. The User must keep login credentials confidential (login, password, e-mail, API keys, access tokens) and not share them with third parties.
8.7.2. All actions via the Personal Account are deemed performed by the User.
8.7.3. SMS Activation Service is not liable for operations before receiving written notice of credential compromise.
8.7.4. The User must promptly notify SMS Activation Service of any loss, compromise, or suspected unauthorized access.
8.7.5. These provisions equally apply to API use.
8.7.6. SMS Activation Service may request identity verification in cases of: suspicious activity, large transaction volume, third-party complaints, chargebacks. Failure to respond within 5 business days may result in account suspension.
8.7.7. AML and Risk Monitoring. SMS Activation Service operates an internal risk monitoring system. Accounts may be frozen, withdrawals restricted, and verification documents requested.
9. SMS Activation Service FEES
9.1. The User pays a fee set by the Tariffs.
9.2. Payment is made using methods available on the Site.
9.3. Deposited funds are displayed in the Balance section and reduced as Services are ordered.
9.4. Funds are debited as follows:
9.4.1. The User selects a Used Number.
9.4.2. The Balance is reduced by the Service cost.
9.4.3. The User can then receive SMS on the selected number.
9.5. Account maintenance fee is charged from the third month after Registration at 50 Russian rubles per month.
9.6. SMS Activation Service may grant a personal discount or waive the maintenance fee.
9.7. In certain cases, a security deposit is required. The deposit is separate from the Balance, not used for Services. Penalties for violations may be deducted. If no violations occur, the deposit is returned.
10. PAYMENT SECURITY
10.1. Bank card processing takes place on a secure certified payment system page. Card data is not transferred to SMS Activation Service.
10.2. Data is handled per PCI DSS standards using TLS, Verified by Visa, SecureCode, and MIR Accept.
11. REFUND OF FUNDS
11.1.1. The User sends a refund request to the SMS Activation Service e-mail.
11.1.2. The request is reviewed within up to 5 business days.
11.1.3. SMS Activation Service may offer ways to remedy the Service.
11.1.4. Refund amount is based on Balance debit records.
11.1.5. Refunds are processed only to original payment details.
11.1.6. No refunds for transactions with valid credentials, except as specified by SMS Activation Service.
11.1.7. Chargebacks and disputes without prior contact are considered abuse. Accounts may be permanently blocked and balance forfeited.
11.1.8. SMS Activation Service does not provide refunds for third-party bans — such bans are beyond our control.
12. ACCEPTABLE USE AND ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
12.1 Prohibited Activities
User agrees NOT to use the Service for:
a) Fraudulent or deceptive activities, including: phishing, account takeover, identity theft, financial scams, unauthorized access to third-party accounts.
b) Creation of accounts for illegal purposes.
c) Receiving messages related to: spam campaigns, harassment, threats, blackmail, distribution of malware.
d) Circumventing third-party security systems, KYC procedures, or regional restrictions.
e) Receiving OTP/2FA codes for accounts the User does not own or is not authorized to access.
f) Reselling or redistributing numbers without written permission from SMS Activation Service.
12.2 Monitoring and Detection
SMS Activation Service reserves the right to monitor usage patterns, analyze SMS metadata, block suspicious transactions, and suspend accounts engaged in high-risk behavior.
12.3 Account Suspension
If suspicious activity is detected, SMS Activation Service may: temporarily freeze the account, request identity verification, permanently block the account, confiscate remaining balance, share information with authorities.
12.4 Cooperation with authorities
Logs, IP addresses, payment details, and activity history may be provided to law enforcement upon lawful request.
12.5 Reporting abuse
Violations may be reported via [email protected]. All reports will be investigated within 5 business days.
12.6 Prohibited categories
The Service must not be used for verification of: a) banking systems; b) payment systems; c) cryptocurrency exchanges; d) government services; e) medical and insurance services. Any attempt may result in immediate account termination without refund.
12.7. The Service may not be used for signing up to paid subscriptions. Violations result in session termination and possible permanent suspension.
12.8. SMS Activation Service maintains a blacklist of prohibited senders and keywords. Blocked messages are not delivered to the User.
12.9. SMS Activation Service may suspend or terminate the User's account in response to third-party complaints, and may share data with complainants or authorities as required by law.
12.10. The Service may additionally restrict numbers used for high-risk or regulated activities. Users agree to comply with these restrictions.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1. The relationship between the Parties is governed by the law of Singapore.
13.2. A pre-trial claims procedure is mandatory. Claims must be reviewed within 60 calendar days.
13.3. If the Parties cannot reach an out-of-court settlement, the dispute must be submitted to a competent court in accordance with Singapore law.
14. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
14.1. The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties. SMS Activation Service does not warrant uninterrupted operation.
14.2. SMS Activation Service is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages of any kind.
14.3. The User undertakes to compensate SMS Activation Service for any losses caused by third-party claims, including regulatory fines, due to the User's breach of the Agreement.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
15.1. Exclusive rights to the Site and its content belong to SMS Activation Service or its counterparties.
15.2. The User may not perform any actions with the Site other than those required to order Services.
16. FINAL PROVISIONS
16.1. If any provision cannot be applied in full due to legal restrictions, it shall be replaced with the closest matching provision.
16.2. Invalidation of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Offer and Agreement.
